Step 1:

Launch App Store/Play Store and search for "Freshservice", then download the app.



Step 2:

Launch the app and fill in the URL bar with the URL provided in upon registering. "tntcommhelpdesk.freshservice.com"

Step 3:

 Log in to your account with your registered email ID and password.

Step 4:

Tap on the sidebar and choose request item to start creating your service tickets.



Step 5:

Click on the services that you would like to request from the listed services below



Step 6:

Fill in all the details which is required with the service that you requested then tap the "Tick" icon at the top right corner to confirm your request.



Step 7:

You may now view the status of your requested ticket by tapping on the side bar of "Tickets" in the app. 



*Note: You will receive an email from us in your registered email, saying that your ticket has been received by our technical team.
